A Green Alternative Recreational Cannabis Dispensary

This USED TO BE the best DP in the San Diego area by far when it came to prices and overall deals. They have a lot of stuff from different brands, but the new ownership messed everything up. They raised the prices in everything and changed the points system ( Your points can't be use to get an additional discount now ) so they are pretty much useless. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this guys used to have lines of 10+ people everyday, and every single happy hour. Me and several customers haved talked to the staff about it, and even they think it's messed up. And they told me and other people that the workers even try to talk to the owners about it, but they don't seem to listen. They really need to work on they're deals, cause now there are better options out there, to be completely honest.

Be careful coming to this location with your discounts that should be applied. They do not apply them the manager specifically told me that on my next order I would come in and they would apply the 20% that they didn't on the happy hour. I called today to try to get that discount and make sure it was gonna go through from me. Driving from one area all the way to their location. And they kept me on hold for about 40 minutes. I called back 3 different times to be on. Hold again to speak to a manager supposedly who should have applied it. And it looks like she didn't. Then they told me that it was used the last time I came which was false because I actually came in happy hour and that's why it was used. They have a problem honoring what Was promised and the issue is they made a mistake when I came in during happy hour and they didn't give me my correct discount. All I want was what was right and they are having a hard time doing it I told them not to worry about my order or me placing an order again and I disconnected the call. Be careful when ordering from these people. You need to check your receipt. Because they do not always apply your discounts.

Extremely friendly customer service, which gets all the stars. But it’s way out of the way, seconds from the border. I still chose to go as they had a type of flower I was looking for, only to show up & learn it was out of stock. The budtender who helped me was patient & caring, even the guards were friendly, so again, that’s the only up side. Sadly I bought a vape pen by Papa’s Herb as part of my order, and that thing stopped charging within 2 months. Tried every outlet, multiple twist-on charging components (even other brands). Please don’t stock such low-quality accessories, it’s bad for your clients’ wallets and even worse for the planet, as it’s truly waste. Thanks for considering this.

This is the most unprofessional joke of a dispensary l've ever come across. The bud tender was a moron. I had to repeat my name seven times and he still got it wrong. Then the person I get transferred to tells me he needs me to hold my license next to my face and take a picture and send it to him which was fine even though most places don't do that but then he wanted a piece of mail of where I wanted the delivery to go to with me standing next to it and to send a picture. Absolutely ridiculous. Was not worth the FTP to go through all that headache just to get some marijuana. Absolute joke of a place and the reviews show it!!

10-30-23 Updated review. Have been coming here the past 5 years and today was very disappointed with the service today. To think they'd be more understanding and courteous to there regulars... Thats not the case. All I have to say is to double check and always make sure your products are 💯. I always buy and Oz and 2 disposables. Every two weeks. Very first time that I had an issue with my disposable. After using the first one that worked fine and moving on to the second disposable, after just 3 days it stopped working. They refused to exchange it because I no longer had the packaging. I tried explaining that after the first worked fine why would i think the second is any different? Even tho they have my accounts clearly showing my purchases they still refused to offer any sort of other alternative 😔 Smh. What a shame. Love It! Great Prices & Very Helpful Staff. Taxes Are A Bit Over The Top Tho'
